3. Guest Policy

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
  • Guests must provide valid identification during check-in.
  • The property is suitable for children, but special requirements for infants or toddlers should be communicated in advance.

4. House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties or loud music are not permitted to respect neighbours.

5. Damages and Liability

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Garbage collection services are provided daily at 10:30 am sharp.
  • Guests are expected to segregate dry and wet waste in designated garbage bags and leave them outside the door before 10:30 am.
  • Guests are expected to maintain basic cleanliness and not leave garbage outside overnight.

7. Use of Amenities

  • Guests are welcome to use all amenities provided, but misuse or damage will result in charges.
  • Specific amenities (e.g., swimming pool, gym, snooker) have additional usage policies defined in the clubhouse.

8. Health and Safety

  • Guests must follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards to the management or maintenance team immediately.
  • First aid is available on the property, but medical emergencies should be addressed by contacting the nearest healthcare facility.

9. Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate a stay if guests violate terms, exhibit inappropriate behaviour, or disturb other residents. No refunds will be issued to the guest in such cases.

10. Force Majeure

The property is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies.

11. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Goa, India.
