Free Cancellation:: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund. After deduction of platform fee applicable on all online bookings.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 40 days and 30 days before the check-in date will incur a [50%] cancellation fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 29 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Any modifications to the booking (e.g., change in dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date.
No refund will be provided for early check-outs after the stay has commenced.
In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, guests may choose to:
Receive a credit voucher for a future stay (valid for 12 months).
Request a refund, subject to management’s discretion and policies.
In rare cases where the homestay is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, assistance will be provided to arrange alternative accommodations.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Refund process through credit cards & international payments could attract platform fees.
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Guests will be informed of these terms during the booking process.
